Mine are pretty sensitive. the only time they can be touched is if I am aroused, otherwise I hate it.

Fortunately they aren't overly sensitive, but on the other hand I would prefer them to be more sensitive. I think breastfeeding for around 4 total years made my nipples less sensitive.

I'm not aware that mine are that sensitive.

My wife's nipples are not overly sensitive - but just before her period, her breasts are sensitive from the water build up. It resolves in a few days - and is not as bad it use to be, her progesterone cream helps limit the discomfort.
