It's fun, but make sure you've got plenty of time, and have taken the proper steps for cleanup. It's usually better to do this when the temperatures are nicer, as the chills of being naked long periods of time in the middle of winter can sometimes cut the fun short!

My mom of all people told me about this (weird, I know, but my mom and I have a pretty open dialogue about sex - just no specifics!). She says she got a bunch of kids' paints and some paintbrushes and her and my dad have fun with them. She even almost got some paints for us for Christmas. We've been too forgetful to get to the store ever since, but it's on our list of things to try!

Last Valentines Day I made my boyfriend a pot of homemade chocolate body paints. Using it was really fun, but not incredibly seductive. In the end the painting made for some really adorable bonding, but it was not particularly sexy at all.

We tried the body paint stuff, it was fun for about 5min, and then its just messy and kinda ruined the mood. We laughed more then anything else.

I've never tried and not sure if I'd want to or not...
As far as "painting materials" go, the chocolate or other flavored ones are out because they are always so full of sugar. Glow in the dark ones seem to have really bad reviews, and regular ones....well, that just seems like it would lead to a "we let the toddler color on us while naked" look!
I'd give it a go though if it came up...

I think that would be something unique to try. I tend to agree with a previous post though I have two kids under 5 and try very hard to avoid finger paint at all costs b/c it gets messy.
