69 is one of those things that you hear about often when it comes to oral sex, and Em and Lo say that it has some upsides and downsides. 69 is the act of both giving oral sex to each other at the same time, and Em and Lo mention five positions that work best for doing 69.

On the upside, the act of mutual oral stimulation is a pretty big plus. Not only that, but engaging in 69 can push your boundaries and make you feel younger as well as allow the two of you to approach each other's genitals in an angle that is not normally used.

In terms of the downsides, it can be difficult for the two of you to focus on the task at hand while receiving pleasure at the same time. During 69, you also don't get the usual view of watching your partner give oral sex, and depending on your height and weight, it may be very uncomfortable to have stay in the 69 position for long.

69 is my man's favorite so we do it often. I like to please him so it pleases me too, but, I do have a hard time focusing on him when I'm about to come. That doesn't seem to bother him though!

I think the best part about 69ing is the inability to focus completely. I am way too in my own head during sex and I love being taken out of my comfort zone.

Most of the issue for me is size compared to my partners. I am quite short, and generally date people with a foot or more on me height wise. It can definitely make things a bit awkward at times.

I have the size issue as well. My boyfriend is a foot taller than me we which makes it awkward.

I just get distracted from the start. It never works well for me. I'm sort of concentrating on what I'm supposed to be doing, which is sort of distracting me from enjoying what my partner is doing. And then I end up giving these sort of occasional half-assed motions of what I am supposed to be doing but I'm not fully into what my partner is doing. It's just too much going on at once or something. I don't know what my deal is there.

We do it, but we often run into the situation where whoever is close to finishing will be enjoying it so much that they can no longer give pleasure. It's better as a warm up to other things.
