I think I have only come once or twice this way and he maybe has once in all our time together. I adore the helpless consensual "force" thing! But, it is hard for me to focus on doing a good job (I am a perfectionist) when I am distracted, my neck and jaw are kinked-up and I can't breathe. Talk about sensory overload.

We've done 69 many times, but have a very hard time focusing. The position makes me a little uncomfortable and it makes it hard to really feel what's going on. I think it's the close bond-like feeling you get from it that we like the most. He likes 69 and it's a fun position sometimes, but it doesn't feel half as good as when I'm only having to lay down and not have pressure on my arms and knees to hold myself up. I don't know why it's such a complicated position, but I can't ever get to the finish line in it.
As far as making you feel young, that sounds a bit exaggerated to me. I'm only 21, but I don't feel any younger just being in an awkward position, but then again maybe that's because I'm a playful person anyways. I could possibly see it giving you a young feeling if you're not used to any kind of weird positioning or aren't a very playful person?

My wife doesn't like it for the same reason - she can't focus on her own orgasm. So, we only do it during foreplay or after she has already had an orgasm so there is no pressure on her to concentrate either on her own orgasm or me.

We lay on our sides and do 69. This works out better for us than ant other way to do 69. This makes it so neither one of us put weight on the other one. We can freely move away if we'd like. I rather like doing it this way. 69 in awesome for us. Especially since my husband has many spinal injuries, this is the best angle for him to hold his head also.

Note: I find man-on-top a lot harder than woman-on-top, though I realize man-on-top is possible. It's just not very easy in my experience, so if I do 69, I'd prefer me on top.
