I voted for the ring because it has clit stimulation which is probably what will work for you. Unless your guy is really short I don't see the benefit of an extender.

My opinion is that you will probably be much happier with a ring rather than an extension. Extensions don't usually do much for either party whereas rings can be good for both parties. I have rarely heard about any one that has a good experience with extensions, myself included.

My wife and I tried extensions and they worked pretty good. We have two, and enjoy both. One seems a bit thicker than the other, so I have to be really worked up to use that one, or I will have trouble keeping it up with it on. But that only happens when we have been having a lot of sex during that time period, or if I had masturbated a few times in the last couple of days. I've tried some of those girth enlarging sleeves and we both plain did not like them. If you want him to be larger, consider a hollow strap-on since it's much more secure and gives you more size options.

I would not ever want to try an extension! No desire to at all. We've tried a vibe ring once, but it seemed to only get in the way. I wasn't really too into it to be honest & usually I love the extra stuff like that. I like it better with no rings, no extensions. Now the ring could be fun to use before sex or during for some.

I think the cock ring is better. I dont like the look of that penis extension because it seems to attach over the head and would be stress inducing if the darn thing fell of and you had to get it out! Much rather get a 'sleeve' extension that slips over the whole penis!
