Skype.

I'd strongly recommend Skype, headsets, and good webcams.

You could shoot videos for each other and send them back and forth.

Get a 5 Star, five subject notebook with pockets (one with a plastic cover instead of the traditional cardboard cover) and write out fantasies or erotic short stories for each other and mail it as often as you can afford. You can even include pictures of yourself or maybe tear out articles from porn magazines that you like and include those. It's a neat way to communicate and you'll have the notebook as kind of scrapbook of that time when you were apart to look back on later in life.
