They (who are these people anyway? LOL) say that couples who are in constant contact and those who touch each other frequently are closer and have better sexual relations than those who do not.

I will never be made to feel like we're co-dependent or any of that other nonsense just because we like to tease each other and play throughout the day. Nor will I ever be apologetic about our love of affection towards each other. I LIKE to kiss my husband. I LIKE to hold his hand or stroke his thigh if he's sitting beside me. Sometimes I just want to go up to people who give us dirty looks and say "maybe you should try it sometime, you might like the results". Society's views have ruined so many intimate things for those in relationships. *sigh* /rant

Yep. It makes sense, if you like somebody and you have access to them, I see no reason not to "check in" with them frequently and touch them frequently. You want to be with the people you care for.

Some people simply don't do this, and it works for them. But, My Man and I are these people, (that couple touching in public and calling each other frequently) and it works for us.

Mileage and all that.

My husband used to call me every day when he got home from work (he got home just as I was leaving the office) and we would talk until I got home.

For some reason, he stopped doing that about six months ago and I really miss it.

I text my man before I do anything! It's not even a trust issue, we just both happen to talk to each other every second were apart pretty much haha. It's nice to know where we are and that we are thinking about each other. I've never even had to suspect or doubt because I always know what's up.
