I'm actually dealing with this issue right now. We've been together for a year and a half and have been living together for just over 2 months. He's still very affectionate and cuddly, and will text me at random to tell me he loves me and misses me. But the sex has actually been happening lesser, with less foreplay and less passion. But we've been talking about it a bit and we are definitely communicating about it. I have a feeling things will be looking up, but I can't help but wish it could always stay the way it is right at the beginning.

it's about to get real cold for us b/c we're going to spend the next few months 4 hrs apart. he won't be able to come down to see me as often as he would like b/c he'll have to get a job, & when he does, he ends up working all the time, & i have school & can't afford to come see him every weekend. but i still love him & we're going to try to make it work.

While I won't say we have ever gone cold, over the past 5 years that my husband and I have been together, 2 of which we have been married, we have our cycles like most things in life. Sometimes we get busy or our families get crazy and that is a major mood killer. Then again there are times when it is like we are two silly horny high school kids and we are making out in every room in the house. I have just learned to go with the flow. ^_^

Actually it's hotter now than 21 years ago. As a young woman my wife had the typical misconceptions about what 'good girls do'. Once she shed that pretense things got a lot better.

Thankfully my husband and I have never had a fight in our 5 years together. Sure, there have been a number of disagreements, but we don't allow it to escalate any further than that. Everything else between us just seems to work.
