Always at least once.
Hey, I have to remind her why she keeps me around somehow.

even though we have only been together a year and a half we both say I love you every night. and occasionally on just leaving the room. sappy? yes, but we both like it.

Every night and first thing in the morning as well.

I don't think it's sappy. Love should be shared at any time and often.

Morning and night, you can never have too many love proclamations

Every night, first thing in the morning, every time we leave each other and sometimes just because.

My husband and I have been married for 24 years and we still tell each other all the time that we love each other...morning, noon, night, and all the hours in between! I totally agree with txymxy...you can never say it too many times!

Every night. We don't go to bed at the same time so we give hugs, kisses, I love you's before he goes to bed. He works at night, so he's in bed by 7

Agreed. Even when he is away we say "good night" and "I love you" before bedtime via phone call or text.

I try to as much as I can, my bf is better at remembering than I am, though.

All the time !

My husband tucks me in every night, and we always say "I Love You."
01/30/2011
Almost every night. Sometimes one of us goes to bed before the other but usually we do. And again every morning when he leaves for work.

I have always been funny about "I love you". It's complicated. If I say much about it, I will be seen as even more weird than I am here already. In short, I dislike it being something triggered by an event, almost mechanical. I like to say it when I feel very moved to. My partner really likes to say "I love you". I have to return it if he does, because I cannot answer any other way--because I do love him very much! I just don't care for the phrase? I like to say other things that tell how I feel. I express it at least once a day.

Yep, same here. We will say it whenever it pops into our heads, and I think that's really important. For me, it's just as important to hear "I love you" as it is for me to know I have the freedom to say it whenever I feel it. Love is meant to be shared!

I tell her that I love her every night, every morning, every day, before work, after work....you get the picture.

Every night and every time we talk on the phone....and sometimes in between.

God, I sound like a jerk. How about this? We often make kissy-kissy sounds? Like when I tuck Him in, when we are about to hang up on the phone. If other people hear it, they roll their eyes or the like.

Even when we're long distance, like now... it's "Hey baby, hope you have a good day at work, I love you."
Sometimes during lunch break, after work and before we both go to bed.

I totally get what you mean. With another guy I was with, he'd say it over and over again until I said it, and it totally bugged me. I didn't wanna be rude and say no, but I really had no desire to say it. I don't want it to be mechanical like saying Bless you when somebody sneezes.

If I could I'd vote twice! You never know what could happen and you might not get the chance to tell your loved ones that you love them...I say it and demonstrate the depth of my love for my guys and my children as often as possible.

I tell him so much, annoyingly so. I love and admire him so much. When he gets home fro mwork all I can do is devour him with my eyes, he finds it funny that I always have eyes for him like the same day we met for the first time.
Love is pretty powerful.
He only says it once in a while, he says that in order to say it you must mean it. He doesn't want to tell me he loves me when he doesn't freel the emotion of love welling inside his chest. But for me every moment is a great occasion to tell him how much he is loved.
