Yes, there is someone I love and miss, and I often think about what it would be like if we were to get back together... but I know that's not what is best for me. The person he is in my mind is not the same person he is in reality now.

Yes and no. I'm still really close with my partner/semi ex. We decided to "end" the "relationship" because he's in a really bad place right now and having a hard time, and it's majorly affected his ability to have a relationship with, well, anything. And it was long distance, and well, if I was going to call him a partner, I needed him to be one. He did his best, which I value and understood, but it really just made it harder for him to take care of the things in his life that he needed to. Whenever he gets things pulled together, I'd love to try again with him and see what all we can work on. However, if it would at all be how it was towards the end there, I would not give him another change because I simply won't sign up for a relationship like that.

I'm very happy for you! It would be nice if an ex girlfriend and I could get back together, but my boyfriend doesn't want to share and I respect that, so no ex girlfriend for me! Other than that, nope.

Not for me. Once I'm over an ex, there is no going back..... been there, done that. I move forward.
