We've used the Weekender kit for getaways. The products are small, very much sample sized, but they were at least passable and nice to include as part of the vacation fun.

However, the massage therapy kit does look/sound nice, only it's very overpriced for what it is and you can get professional massage products for half the price. I use pro massage lotions and oils and they're better than most of the massage junk you can buy and far cheaper. You can even buy a lot of them in small travel sizes! I keep a travel size foot massage lotion and oil as well as travel aromatherapy massage oil for all over. They're cheaper than the full sized bottles and I like to have both on hand so I can keep large bottles in the bedroom and travel sizes in my purse.

Now, another thing. I have A LOT of Shunga and would not use Kama Sutra over Shunga. Something about it. I feel that Shunga quality is much greater than K.S. but that's me. I would absolutely suggest looking into some of the Shunga products before making your decision. They're quite amazing, and one of my favorites is the Straberry champagne massage oil. It tastes, smells and feels like a dream and you get a really good amount.
As for the Romantic Massage one, I've wanted that. It's a really good price for what looks like useful products rather than just junk. The back massager LOOKS like one of the super nice ones you can get at BB&B and B&BW. They're those things that you run along the back without having to apply lots of pressure and it automatically feels wonderful. That one in the Romantic kit just looks like one of the good ones. Can't be sure though.

My husband and I LOVE anything massage - especially the candles if you enjoy a little bit of heat. It is very romantic to give and receive massages!!
