I often have sex dreams and most are pretty fun and exciting. However, every few months I'll have a dream that my husband is cheating on me! They are just awful and wake me out of a dead sleep. I do not expect my husband of cheating in real life. Last night I had one of these dreams. Normally I would tell my husband about this as soon as I woke up but he was working. I believe it may be because we have both been busy and stressed lately and haven't had much time for each other. I was just wondering how many other people have cheating dreams? Are you the cheater in the dream or is your partner? I myself can not recall ever being the cheater in a dream. I've read that these dreams can cause problems in relationships because the dreamer can take it out of the spouse even if they haven't cheated in real life. So far these dreams have not caused any real problems except maybe to my sleep schedule!

I do. It's quite the connundrum for me because I have had several dreams become reality several years after the fact. So, it fucks me up a little more than it would your average bear. We talk about it, he makes me laugh, then we usually end up knee deep in each other and I try to forget about it.
I try to remind myself that my brain is inundated with images of infidelity on an almost constant basis, and that my brain is just putting us in the place of whatever the latest scandal is.
I don't have "fun" sex dreams. I still don't know why that is, but I hope one day I can have just one.

I have also had a few dreams that have come true so even though I feel sure that he isn't cheating I always do question a bit!

I've been wondering if something triggers my fun sex dreams but I haven't been able to pin point what it is yet. My best guess is either I haven't had any for a little while or that I was thinking about sex a lot before bed.

I was so excited the other morning because I woke up with my hand between my thighs (sorry if that's TMI) and thought maybe I had been dreaming about something awesome...pulled my hand up and was greeted by a totally different kind of wet. Shark week! I was so disappointed, but we have a fairly active sex life so I guess I shouldn't be too disappointed.

Dreams are funny, funny things. I had a dream my dad was a white horse and I was leading him through a stream. The next thing I know, I find him in the hospital with heart problems. Had a dream that one of my back teeth shattered, then we get a call that my father-in-law passed. If I sat there and gave it too much thought or credit, I'd probably be insane by now. Hahaha!

I'm always the cheater in my dreams, and that is pretty horrible too! And sex dreams have gone way up since becoming pregnant. I wonder if it is a hormonal thing?

I will admit that I have had dreams about myself and one of my male co-workers. I love the dreams but would never want them to become real It would tear me and my man apart. So I keep them to myself and enjoy the dreams when I have them..

Oooh maybe! Now that I think of it I have them around the time of my period. Duh! I don't know why I didn't think of that.

No I would never act on them either! It certainly is a nice way to experience a fantasy though. Now that I think about it I am often with women in my dreams but usually my husband is there. I guess I wouldn't consider that cheating since he is more than willing!
