Some good advice that I received was to make a list of 3 or 4 things we used to do together that were fun. Things we don't do anymore, but really, really enjoyed. Then, work hard on doing those same old things. It can really bring you back to basics, to how you both felt when things were new, and can help you both remember exactly why it is you fell in love in the first place.
They don't have to be exciting things, unless those are the activities you both like doing. Anything to get back to those old feelings of being connected and fully in love.
