Is it possible for a woman to not have any sexual fantasies?

Contributor: Istanbull Istanbull
My wife shared a fantasy with me once when we first started seeing each other. She thought about sex on the beach. Although I tried suggesting we give it a try, she wouldn't take me up on it. She never shared a fantasy with me again and whenever I asked her if she had any new fantasies, she tells me "I don't fantasize about sex.". That was 12 years ago. To this day she has never talked to me about a fantasy.

Is this possible or is there something else going on?

Unless something traumatic happened, I think that everyone has little things that they think about! She may just be shy and have things that she thinks about but doesn't want to try, and since you were pushing her to fulfill her first one, she might not want to tell you any more? Just my two cents, though I don't have any details

I just said "You want to make love on the beach? We could bring a blanket and go to the far end away from everyone."

That was pretty much it.

I suppose it would depend on the woman, I don't really have any fantasies in particular. When I'm in the mood maybe I'll try something new, like edible body paints, flavored gels, etc., but I don't really have what you'd call a typical "fantasy". Maybe for some women this is normal, I've never really given it a second thought.

I am pretty sure it is POSSIBLE for any person to be asexual.

I rarely fantasize. I'll think of ideas that might be fun to try, but I don't consider that to be the same thing.

I have a list of fantasies I would love to try. But when it comes to having sex, I don't fantasize during the actual act unless I am masturbating.
