Many years ago, I was on the "Bright Angel Trail" from the south rim of the Grand Canyon hiking toward the Colorado River. In a sort of secluded area, I met a naked couple who were hiking in the opposite direction. I smiled we exchanged pleasantries and we all kept hiking. less

I am an exhibitionist, though I am what I would call a Sasquatch Exhibitionist. I like to strip naked outdoors while I am out jogging early in the morning when there is little chance of being seen and in places where people are seldom around (usually before 5am though I have pushed it to near 6 on secluded trails). Though there has been a maybe 5 times in the dozens of times I have done this when I ran past the rare person or two around a corner or on a cross path.

So my question is how would you react if you were that person? I always wonder what they are thinking. I like to be seen but I do not want to offend (One reason I try to stay as fit as possible).

So far I have been pretty lucky, often getting no obvious response other than being stared at as I ran past. Only once did someone respond with obvious surprise but that may have just as easily have been due to the fact that I came around a corner just as they were coming the other direction. I usually just smile, and say hello as I run by.

I am a very fit and athletically built male, does that matter? Since I do this too I know I would just smile if I came across a person doing it and be impressed that I am not the only one. less
