Until I can think of somewhere crazier, I'd say in the Devil's Pool atop Victoria Falls.

In freefall or zero gravity, if I were to go for crazy conditions. As for location, on top of Mars Hill in Athens at midnight (it's close to the Parthenon, and that entire area is a-mazing).
