Well, if someone is at a very substantial risk of serious injury, it's usually safe to say that that's going too far. Even in the case that someone consents to, say, ten consecutive minutes of oxygen deprivation, that's crossing definitely crossing a line. (That probably needs to be refined a bit so as not to exclude all edge-play, but some version of that should be generally agreeable)
