I have never seen or read anything Twilight related and I hope for all eternity it stays that way. That being said, Keifer Sutherland in Lost Boys and Tom Cruise as Lestat would be my choices. Simply because they are undeniably ruthless. Mmm but wait! Armand...oh how sexy he is...um all three please!
i can't think of any female vampires so uhh i guess if i were into guys (either gay or a female) i'd say Lestat from the Vampire Chronicles.. the books not the movies.. oh or the chick from Underworld. she was fairly good looking

I realize he didn't fit the description from the books at all and frankly the movie wasn't very good at all compared to the books or even the first movie, but he was drool worthy for sure.

This is stuck in my head from the crazy tangent that the Naked Reader discussion went in last night. Who's your favorite vampire, on a sexual level? I have to sadly admit that I do have a bit of a thing for Edward, Alice, and Jasper Cullen but I'm not the kind to wait around for them to get tired of their purity. On the other hand, I loved Adrian from the Little Goddess series and I liked Ann Rice's Lestat, but only in the books, not as the Tom Cruise portrayal on the big screen.
This is obviously a pretty wide fantasy, so who would yours be? I have a feeling there will be a lot of Eric Northman fans here, but I'd take his progeny Pam over him any day - love her attitude.

I love vampire novels as a whole. Once upon a time, I had a couple hundred of them. Can't stand Twilight, though. The Vampire Diaries teevee series makes me feel like I'm watching Dawson's Creek with fangs, but I loved those books in junior high. I love True Blood (both series and books) to a ridiculous degree. Eric Northman from the SVM books, but Jessica from the show. I could lick her up and down. Series Pam runs a very close second. As for older stuff - I'm not sure anything could beat Gary Oldman in those blue specs. Mmm.

Yes Pam for sure! Vamp Willow, Selene and Alice would get my vote. I'd also nominate (in a not for me, because I'm gay, kind of way) Spike, Edward and Eric.
Well, I can't say too much without giving away what might possibly be the upcoming seasons of True Blood. I still have hopes that the Eric from the books will come out in the next seasons, but so far in season 3 it's not looking that way.

I still have hopes that the Eric from the books will come out in the next seasons, but so far in season 3 it's not looking that way. Basically, while he's still powerful and has his dark "bad boy" side in the books he wasn't as cold hearted and he wouldn't have tortured the people like Eric did last season, when Lafayette and the others were locked in his basement. He also even as early as the first book was showing some signs of compassion and protectiveness to Sookie, where in the show he's just now maybe kind of sorta doing that..although after the end of last episode who knows what the heck he's doing.

Such a big difference! I love the books and watch the show, but they feel like two completely different fandoms.
Im not shamed to say twilight is my shizz lol. Bella is awesome and she had so much built up kink for her vampire beau it leaves me to imagine what the pg13 movie left out and thats enough for me lol.
