Thanks to cntrl-c cntrl-p I can answer each point of your questions:

Do women enjoy pegging their SO? - Let's say it's a process. She does it for me - but I have made it a priority to make her orgasm while pegging me. It hasn't happened yet - but we're getting closer. It helps her get into it.

Patience my friend. Your first time isn't likely to be a home run. Just make sure she doesn't hurt so she will be willing to experiment again. Practice really does make a difference.
