He'll ask what is it supposed to do and look it up on the website, then go to town.

My husband has really enjoyed all the new things we have. He has never complained about having to try something new.

The boyfriend is always willing to try 'couples' toys...restraints and such (he loves our We-vibe).

He usually doesn't get super excited until we're 'in the moment', so to speak. But then he is definitely into it.

He is not a fan of large, phallic insertable toys. I don't like the super big ones either.

He likes to watch me play...he'll help out with the less intimidating toys.

My fiance likes the fact that I do the reviews but is upset that I don't order more toys more regularly. The only thing I don't like about his enthusiasm about the reviews I do is that he wants to read them, with me.It makes me feel awkward though because I feel like he will be judging them to make sure I did everything in accurate detail.

My husband gets excited when it comes time for new assignments. He checks my assignment cart to see if anything is in there sometimes. He gives me great input and we tend to write the reviews together.

There is a part of this that hasn't been put in the poll: does the review intrude in the bedroom? This is an important thing for reviewers to keep in mind and think about - your partner may not want some things put up for the world to read, and that should be respected in how you write your reviews.

Agreed Scott! We try to 'play' first with our new arrivals (for each other only, not for the toy company or for EF), at least 2 or 3 times, before the 'review' process actually begins.

If I am ever in doubt about something I want to ask or post on the forum or in a review, I usually ask him first or just leave it out. He usually edits/previews my reviews so I accurately portray his side of the story and so he has a chance to add or delete what he wants.

The rule of thumb we use is: If you are in doubt, leave it out.

My husband actually looks with me for new things to try, new things to review, and is excited to try them when they arrive. I always ask for his input on my reaction of the toy, so that I can see another perspective other than my own. He'll watch or just dive right in. He's totally into me being a reviewer. The possibilities are endless. Maybe have your wife sit and pick an item herself? Maybe that would intrigue her a little more and make her want to participate more, without hesitation.

My husband is always excited when I get new things, because he can see how excited I am to get them. Some things he's less enthusiastic about, but he's willing to try anything and everything I've thrown at him so far

He's usually pretty enthusiastic to try everything out. Sometimes he's not in the mood the minute they come through the door, but usually within a few days he's ready to try them out.

My husband doesn't read my reviews, but he probably wouldn't like them because he would think I was telling too much personal stuff. It doesn't matter to me, though, because no one on this site knows us in real life.

Seems often enough that he wants to use the toys on me more than I do. Hes alwasy grabbing the ones he wants to use on me or asking if he can use them on me.

We select all toys for reviews together. He does general descriptions of the toys for each group, each of us add a comment individually for each section.
