I like to read the reviews, even if they are not on something I am likely to buy. I have found a few great gems that I would not have tried otherwise that way. If you read a review of something not just because you were actively considering buying it and the review made you have to have it. Share what the item was and what you thought about it once you got it.

I'm brand new to eden had have found that reading all types of reviews has helped me write my own. Sometimes I'll come across a little gem of a review that I find hilarious. It's fun to read other people's reviews. I've only been here for a couple weeks but am absolutely hooked!

There's always something to learn. Nice to read others experiences too. We've discovered new things and ideas from reading reviews. Also nice to find we are not alone in some of our likings.

I typically only read about the items I am interested in. But every now and then, even if it's a item I would never use, sometimes the item confuses/intrigues me to the point I at least want to know what other people think and to understand why they like that kind of toy.

I just like to stay informed. It is also nice to know what I could expect if I had picked up that specific item.

Your op is so sophisticated. After voting thought I was done. Now that I have reread it, here is my answer.

I was already using some P spot items. After reading reviews of bp's decided to look into them. First item after reading reviews was the Naughty Mood.

When I got it I thought it was great. That got me looking into more and more. Eventually after a few more bp's ended up with the Billy, then the Share and BS is Nice and then.....

I think OH has several toys, and staying informed is always good. I've bought several things that either didn't last long or were thrown out because they didn't do shit.

In an effort to keep this related to the post, I've already answered. What, in relation to the thread, would you like to know?

For the record, you saw the screen name right? Inquisitor means = a person who makes an inquisition (asks a question), a questioner, especially an unduly curious or harsh one (mine aren't so bad are they), a person who investigates in an official capacity (I'm investigating sexual practices and variations on themes of given sexual practices) and finally a member of the Inquisition (Woah! I'm not that old nor am I Spanish or of Spanish decent nor Catholic )

I read reviews on items that interest me, but I also read reviews that show up in my newsfeed that is new or doesn't have comments on them. I find that when I don't get comments on my reviews, it's kind of a bummer. So, I try to read, rate, and comment on others reviews in hopes that it at least encourages the writer to keep writing!

About the same for me... I'll sometimes read reviews for products I have no real interest in owning or using, but to find out how others enjoyed the product should I change my mind down the road.

I also then will rate & comment on the review to either hopefully encourage future contributions from the writer, but sometimes to inquire about details I didn't find included in the review initially.

I find that sometimes after reading the review on a product that I wasn't initially interested it, my interest is piqued. Lol.

Some of the reviews are funny, others are extremely informative. It's become an addiction for me! Like pintrest for sex toys!
