I have one massage oil and one lubricant review that I have submitted follow ups for. One was done a week or so ago and the other tonight. Neither one has been published. EF hasn't made either item available for purchase yet.

I'm just wondering why they haven't been published?

Did you try submitting a support ticket? They are always quick to get back to me when I do.

No, but I will do that tomorrow. I just hate sending in ticket about little things, I feel....annoying.

That's what they exist for! The right person might not see you when you post in the forums and this type of post actually doesn't belong here, I don't think. A recent thread provided all the contact info for staff members for a variety of issues. You should check it out!

Well it is a question about the review program. Other questions are posted here...I've seen people post questions that could be answered by staff....I just figured maybe a member would know so I dont have to send a support ticket.....

Are they followups to assigned reviews--like descriptive reviews? Whenever I publish a followup to a DR they take ages to publish because they--like DRs--are checked over.

Yes, they are DRs, I didn't know that about them, these were my first DR assignments so I never knew that. Thanks. I'll just wait it out a well as hope they decide to carry those products.

I still can't get use to that. I always expect for my DR's to publish right away same with follow ups. No worries, it will show up before you know it.

Follow-up reviews have to be gone over by an admin, usually JR or Sammi.

If you ever need to ask about a DR review, don't hesitate to contact us!
