I had plans to upload some photos to product pages today, however when I tried to add my 375x500 pixel photos, my only options were 500x500 pictures (with lots of white along the edges) or a cropped 300x300 picture.

Am I doing something wrong or is the square format a limitation of the system?

I've read that this is it for now as far as sizing! It is wayyyyy better than it used to be (hosting our own images UGH UGH UGH)... but I wish the pictures could have a little more customization...

RIght now the pictures are set to be square, but I'll checking to see if there are any plans to let you customize the dimensions. I'll let you know what I find out

Do you know if uploading pictures will every be like uploading on a blog? Where we can embed the photos rather than have them in the middle of the page???
