Contributor: Gdom Gdom
Well, I suppose the question is pretty simple: how long does it normally take you to write a review?

Usually a couple weeks. But the last one I had it took me a bit.

Do you mean the whole testing process or just the actual writing part? I test toys several times before I review them and try to test them in a lot of settings. If I love the toy, this could happen over just a few days. But if I don't love it, it usually takes longer.

The actual writing part? Probably 30-45 minutes. I've never been a slow writer, though

I can usually write a review in about 45 minutes to an hour.

It depends on the toy. If I loved it or hated it, I can turn it out pretty quick. I feel like I have more to say. When I'm on the fence, like 3 stars, I struggle a bit more.

The testing period depends on what the product is. Sometimes I just need to test an item once, and other times I need to test an item hundreds of times before I'm ready to write the review.

The actual writing of the review varies, too. I've written some of my reviews in 30 minutes or less. Then, I've had ones that have taken me hours. Lingerie reviews for me are usually very quick, as I've written so many at this point.

The testing, depends on the product, the review writing maybe 4 hours and pictures maybe 30 minutes.

Some reviews I write them out right away a day or two after I've tried the toy. Other reviews I like to try the toy several times before putting my opinion out there.

The actual writing part is quick for me.... usually 30'ish minutes. The testing part really varies depending on the item I am reviewing.

I'm exactly the same way. Certain items take a LOT longer to test and write about. Especially toys that have steep learning curves, I hate to write my review until I feel like I have used it in the best way.

One day or less but I'm not doing it all at once.. It depends on the item itself if I'm adding pictures it takes longer.

About 2-3 hours between photo editing and the actual writing part. If I have a lot of photos then it can take longer.

I try and test the product 2-3 times before writing the review, so from when I receive the product until when the review is up is 2-3 weeks. Actually writing the review takes about 45 minutes to an hour.

Normally a couple of hours to write it up. I always have distractions when I'm on the computer, and I reword everything multiple times until I'm happy with how it sounds.

The writing time is about 20 minutes to an hour. It depends on how the words are flowing while I am writing.

If I sit down and focus on the review it takes about an hour, but most of the time I procrastinate so it takes me about 2 to 3 hours.
