I sent my request in over a week ago. One the site it says it can take up to 72 hours to be approved (Monday-Friday). I still have not heard anything. Has it taken anyone else this long to be approved or denied?

The information on the page has not been updated to reflect the current status. With the recent change to the program, applications are being held for consideration until the next editor cycle (reportedly now every 3 months or so). Here is the thread announcing the changes: link

Thanks. I was wondering about that too. I sent mine in on the 12th and have been kinda like "wuh?..." logging in the past couple times now.
