Has anyone else noticed comments on their reviews that are REALLY rude and derogatory, but on top of that, don't even apply to the review? I just found a comment on one of my older reviews criticizing my nails saying I should be ashamed of how horrible they look in the video....and because I'm kind of a nut about my nails, I watched the video again and there's one small chip in the polish on one nail. The comment was of course left by someone who has no profile or even avatar. I'm not offended, I'm willing to bet it's just a point farmer or someone with WAY too much free time and some issues of their own, but is this being seen anywhere else?

And if this is calling out, I apologize, but to find out who left the comment, you'd have to go through over 70 reviews so it's not super direct. And immature or not, if they get to be that rude, I'm ok with being a little rude back.

Anyone else noticed this kind of odd commenting behavior lately?

Sorry that you got a comment like that on a review.

That is just kind of silly and ridiculous. I can't say I've ever gotten a comment like that, or notice any on any of the reviews I've ever read.

I haven't noticed anything on mine, and I think that the comment that was left on yours was uncalled for.

I have, however, noticed some passive-aggressive comments of a few of my reviews that were left a while back.

Did you submit a support ticket about it? That seems like the best plan of action with that one.

Lol. That would have totally brought out the elementary school kid in me. I would be soooo tempted to send em a pm calling em a poopyhead or something.

Of course, submitting a support ticket would certainly be the more mature and effective action to take.

Only on the internet, I swear I will never understand. Something about being able to comment anonymously is apparently just too much for some people to handle.

really uncalled for, sorry you had to deal with that. that person's life must be pretty awesome if they need to hide behind a screen and complain about a chip in someone's manicure. always a bad apple in the bunch

Ive noticed that there's a lot of this about actually. I get them all the time for god knows what reason. Not on reviews mind you, just forum comments and etc. It kinda pisses me off and makes me say "Really...really...on here of all places theres still aholes who need to pop off at the mouth for no reason?" It's just hurtfull really, this is where I go to escape from all that and feel like I belong or fit in. It's the last thing you would want to see happen. But i guess it's like the rest of the world, travel around long enough and your bound to run into an a hole or two.

Comments like that do not belong on the reviews. And that is the bottom line. BUT I have to admit that when I watch videos I have thought those thoughts before.

What can I say? Comments about a persons nails do not belong on reviews, but on my inside monologue? Yes!
