Video Reviews-Volume!!!

Contributor: MamaDivine MamaDivine
I was just wondering if its my computer, or if anyone else has noticed that there are A LOT of video reviews that the volume is wayyyy too low to hear much of anything? I have the house completely quiet, my comp and the video volumes are all the way up, and Im still ear-to-the-keyboard trying to hear the review . This is really sad for me, beings I mainly go with the video reviews when I am considering a purchase.

I am one of those people that have to see it, have a visual comparison (size, feel etc) in order to make a decent decision on whether or not I really want a product.

Anyone else have this issue, or should I get my speakers checked LOL

I've noticed a few quiet talkers too. It's something you can post as a comment though, e.g. "Great Review, but it was REALLY hard to hear you". It's also possible to send the person an on-site message about it too, if you don't feel like making a public comment. You can click on their name and go to their profile.

Hope that helps!

I've watched a lot of quiet reviews. Try using headphones instead of speakers. I've noticed it helps a lot. Until you forget to turn the volume down and the next thing you listen to bursts your ear drums.

I hate to drudge up this thread, since its so "old" BUT I have to add that I just watched about five videos for some of the liberator products and a few others ...and I couldn't hear them at all! It was muffled and I had to literally stick my ear to the laptop lol. And I was still having issues hearing them! My laptop was all the way up on volume, I had the fan turned off, and I even put the video volume all the way up.

I know that some folks have said using headphones works best to hear better, but honestly, I feel that I (and others) shouldn't have to go to these lengths in order to hear a video review. Please please please, make sure that after you've done a video review that you watch it before posting and make sure that the volume is good enough! Thanks!
