It depends on the item. The whole review is important, but if I've already read 10 reviews, then I might be looking for a question to be answered. I really like it when people share their personal experiences, especially if they have found a nice unusual use for something. I LOVE pictures! If there are lots of good pictures I feel like I can thoroughly inspect the item, as if I were looking at it at the store.

Pictures, experience and unique details. Hearing about problems also really helps me. I also really like have a body of reviews to flip through, so I can get a consensus about the power or noise level -- getting an average helps.

I don't need to know what the material is like and how to clean the toy and stuff if it doesn't bring the user over the edge.

I personally go for just the experience and ratings.. more experience though.. cause there are people who don't like the toy & give it a high rating.

Pictures and videos are very helpful. Everything looks great when it is on the product page with the proper lighting and airburshing. I like to see the real product in a real environment.
For lingerie the sizing is important because it does not matter how great it is if it does not fit.
I am not as interested in material, packaging or care instructions. The material is on the main page. Most items I buy are for me or gifts for my sweetie so it is nice to have a great package but not important.
When I first started with toys, it was good to read information about the material and care. Like don't use silicone lube with silicone toys. Unless there is something unusual about the care of a product, I am not very interested.
I like the extended reviews because it is easy to skip to the sections you want to read easily.

the big thing I look for is the pics then I look at what is best and then what is worst of the item and try to compare to how I might like it

Just about everything mentioned including videos but videos aren't an absolute necessity in all cases for me.
