Where do you upload your pictures?

Contributor: - Kira - - Kira -
Photobucket recently has started taking some of my photos down for whatever reason. Apparently, they aren't fans of vibrator pictures. Where do you upload your pictures? Do you have any issues with pictures being removed?

I use Flickr. Just make sure that you mark the album as adult or whatever to distinguish it from general photos on the site.

I've heard fairly good things about using Flickr with the album marked as private. I use imageshack for the most part, although you can always start a free blog just for hosting pictures and mark it as adult and go that way.

Thanks!! Flickr sounds the easiest route so I think I'll try that one first.

I use photobucket. Oh man I have not had any issues yet, maybe I should check though. They have not taken any of mine down yet. Maybe because of the way I do them. I make a collage in paint then upload them. Maybe you can try that.

They just started taking mine down this week. No idea why. They didn't have issues before.

I also use photobucket, and they haven't taken any of mine down. Fingers crossed that they never do!

I used Flickr first but they decided to delete my account. Since then I have used Photobucket without any problems by setting my folders to private.

I use Google's Picasa albums. No issues with deleted photos yet, also their uploading limits are nearly limitless if your photos stay under a certain file size/dimension. While some might find resizing photos a hassle, I don't mind it much.

I use a lot of different things. Usually imageshack or tinypic if IS doesn't work. I used to swear by Photobucket but they piss me off with how inconsistent they are. I have a few adult sites I use but I can't remember their names.

I use Photobucket as well. I have my folders all set to Private, and have never had any issues. I hope it stays that way!

I use Flickr with my safety level set to "restricted". They sent me an email and told me to do it that way, haven't had any problem since.

Ok my Photobucket is public so maybe that's why they're giving me problems? I'll try it on private and see if they continue to remove pictures. Going to open some backups in case because I'm still a little annoyed...

Also do not forget that you can use the product page for vibes and stuff. Only some of the product pages do not allow image uploads. They work as well.

I use livejournal. It's painless and I don't have to worry about anyone getting their panties into a wad over it.

Wow I haven't hear anyone mention LJ in forever! I used to have quite a little following on there, like, seven years ago. I miss LJ! I didn't know they had a photo upload program now.

Indeed. And it's really simple. Just make sure that when you use the upload option that you enter a zero into the border field or else you'll get a thin blue border around all of your pictures.

I set all of my entries to private and haven't advertised it. Almost all of my review pictures are hosted there, except for the first two or three where I used one of the sites that an Edenite was hosting for us. I stopped because they have an ceiling on uploads.

Oh yeah, I vaguely remember that now that you mention the blue border issue. I'll have to check into it. I always was a fan of that site.

So far I've used photobucket, setting my albums on private, but I'm wondering if I should consider something else. I don't want my photos to get deleted.

Lol same thing happened to me! Lol. I started using Flickr and had much less problems. Things are a lot smoother for me when using flickr. I still wish EF would have an easy upload button. Lol.
