I know that in order to be in the Video Review Program you have to have at least a six in ranking. But can you still get gift cards for doing regular video reviews if your rank is less than six?

Yes, as far as I know. When I started doing videos the guide was that you could request to do videos on things that aren't already done, but in order to request a free video assignment you have to have the rank of 6. You still get a GC regardless if you do a video
