Buyout should be available to any reviewer, Advanced or not. However, the best decision you could make in order to "step up" on the reviewer ladder is to find a mentor. There's a lot of really awesome reviewers who are mentors. Read through the "areas of expertise" and find someone who you think you'll mesh with. If you PM me, I could give you some recommendations as well and give you a little info on the mentor program.

go to the assignment area and where you wouldfind a product to click on to "grab it" or request for assignment, u will see product search and the options of free assignment or buyout assignment, u click on buyout and find product you want and itll put it in your checkout cart, i used my gift card and all my points for it
