Issue with Grabbing a Product

There is something I want to add to my assignment cart. It's a pair of undies.

When I go to the product page to "grab it", I'm unable to see the size that I need to click. Instead of the drop down menu (with the sizes) dropping down over top of the bar at the top of the page, it drops under it. I'm not sure if I'm explaining it well..

The bar that has all the links on it (profiles, classifieds, etc) gets in the way of the drop down menu when grabbing a product. The pair of undies I want to put into my assignment cart are size large, but I'm only able to see the size 1X and 2X.

Is anyone else experiencing this or is it just me? Should I just "grab" the 1x and in the review mention that I purchased size large? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Try to copy/paste the product code for the size you want in the Product Search: link

It's Google Chrome. I was having the same problem so I opened IE and it was fine. I tried doing what Kindred suggested but I must have done it wrong. Thanks Kindred! Now I don't have to have both browsers open when ordering because IE is SO slow.

Did you end up getting it to work in Chrome? I use Chrome as well and did what Kindred had suggested : )

I was copying the UPC no the catalog number lol, I wasn't paying that good of attention.

But the drop down menu thing, that is a Chrome issue. I don't get why all of a sudden it does that. It was fine a couple weeks or so ago and then something went wrong.

Hey everyone! When stuff like this happens, please please send in a support ticket. That way our designers can address the issue and fix it. All you need to do is include the link to the product or the product code and describe the issue as you've just done.

And can you link me to the page so that I can get the designers on this, please?

Ditto!!! I have my online fun in Chrome and the real world stuff in Firefox so both are always open making this an easy issue to fix!!!

I didn't even think of the product search!!! *facepalm!*

It happens with Firefox too. I'm not sure where to click to get to the product search page, but the link worked just fine.
