I've decided I want to try it. I can usually insert a 1.5" toy with no problems. I really have very little clue about which product(s) might be right, so feel free to choose "Other" and suggest something I haven't listed. Thanks!

Which of these would you recommend for extended anal wear?

Which of these plugs do you think would be a good choice for an intro to extended anal wear? I do some anal play now and I'm very comfortable with plugs this size (1.5" diameter). I've tried the plugs I have for extended wear and they're not good. Feel free to choose "Other" if you have a different plug to suggest and I would like to know WHY you recommend what you do if you've got 30 seconds or so to explain your choice. Thanks!

The rigid glass not so good for extended wear and sitting and such.

The Plug of lust seems like it'd be the most comfortable because it's made of silicone and not glass.

I haven't used any of the plugs you listed.
I have two glass plugs that are pretty comfortable for extended use. The Sasha Grey Signature Series is my favorite. I have the large but they make a medium and small. The nice thing about glass/steel/PVC is that you can use silicone lube, which is a must for me if I'm going to keep a plug in for more than hour.

Plug of lust large

maybe plug of lust, the rest seems to have too small of a base.

How about a Tantus Ryder or Njoy Pure Plug? I have both and they are great for long term wear. Both are comfortable and stay in well.

The problem with the Plug of Lust is that it lacks a flat base, so you may struggle if you want to sit down.

The most comfortable plugs I've found for long-term wear are the Njoy Pure Plugs (expensive, but worth it!) and the Tantus Ryder.

I have the sexy spades medium, which is quite similar to the sasha medium. It's too much for me. The sasha small (and sexy spades small) are both probably too small!

Which other glass plug do you have that's pretty comfortable?
Does silicone lube stay slippery longer? I have a lot of silicone toys, so I only have water-basted lube. I'm concerned that I might grab the wrong one in the heat of passion and trash one of my Vixskin toys (shudder).

Thanks for the Pure and Ryder suggestions, CarrieCatt and Girly Juice! I will investigate those...

I prefer the Begineer or Advanced Love Pacifier they both are silicone and flexible, and very comfortable for long term wear. The handle is very soft and fits between my cheeks,I prefer silicone over metal or glass for long term wear it is much softer.

the B-Bomb. Not to big, especially if you can handle a 1.5". Its pretty comfortable.

I agree with a Njoy plug.

I wear plugs for LONG periods sometimes (wear them out on the town). In my case, material does not matter, since I always choose a very, very small plug with a narrow neck (so it stays in) and I will retreat to the ladies room and re-lube if they ever get uncomfortable. Hubby often keeps a tube of lube in his pocket and if we are in a totally discreet spot, he will reach under my skirt and "re-lube" the reachable spots for me. Every time he does that, I know I can reach over and his cock will be hard as a rock.

Yeah--I'm certain if I did that to my wife, I'd be hard as a rock, too! (Makes note to start carrying lube from now on...)

I would say none of these. Glass is too rigid for long term wear. I'd recommend something a little more flexible, with a thin neck and a curved base that won't bite into you when you sit down.

Severin Medium is nice, and I'd imagine the regular Severin would work as well if you want something soft.
Look for a long neck (so the plug doesn't pop out unexpectedly) and a small, rounded, preferably contoured (oval) base.

Neither...go for a Njoy pure plug

Of your choices, silicone will be the most comfortable...unless you don't want that.

Plug of lust looks more comfy.

Most of those glass ones make me uneasy with their tiny bases... Wasn't there a review where a girl lost one in her bum for a bit?
