I have used some of the anal ones for vaginal use. One of my favorite toys is actually for anal use. I just make sure it is super clean when I use it, and wash it after either use extremly well.

Almost ALL my toys go in BOTH holes....but frankly, they get VERY well cleaned after use in ANY spot, and never go from one to the other...in either direction, actually. Certainly not anal to vaginal.

No toys I have for one don't seem to work in BOTH at some point or with some activity we are doing.
