I've got some anal toys, but I'm looking specifically for an anal kit and there are so many to choose from. Which would you pick?

The James Deen kit is the only one made out of silicone. But for that price you could also get couple of individual toys.

As mentioned, James Deen is the only kit made of silicone, and that's why I voted for it. The others are made of porous or yucky materials.
I personally wouldn't get any of the kits, though. James Deen "kit" is mainly just two doc johnson plugs, the Little End and the Big End. The plugs are small and large, respectively. I think you could watch the sales and get both plugs AND a medium silicone option for less than the James Deen price. Even better.

I would suggest the Mood Naughty plugs. They are silicone and come in three different sizes. Great prices too!

I would just look into buying individual toys but if you really want a kit, then I'd go with the James Deen.
