What is the best way to clean anal toys. I have heard boil them, place them in the dishwasher, use a 10% bleach solution, , use a handy wipe what do you guys think?

If you are asking what I think about each method, I'd say they will all do a good job. My question is how "clean" do you want your toys.
Personally, I think either the dish washer or the 10% bleach is good enough but both would be overkill.

It depends on the material of the toy. A porous toy won't be made clean with a boil or a trip through the dishwasher, as bacteria will still persist. Silicone, and other non-porous toys where the material allows it, on the other hand, I boil.

As Charmed said, depends on material of toy. For a more accurate anwser perhaps state which toy it is. Or is your question in general ? If you are trying to get rid of odors, use the 10 parts water to 1 part hshold bleach as Inq advised.
Or u can use a condom each time out.. or should I say in.

Best product for the job, been using it for years. Clean with no smell or residue. Safe for oral afterwards, that's how clean.

I'm sorry. I assumed incorrectly that the items in question were made from safer materials, i.e. glass, silicone, sealed wood, a metal or other body safe material.
