I tend to form some type of "attachment" to some of my toys. It seems to have a lot to do with the first few times I used it and what kind of impression was left upon me. There are certain toys that I'll even feel comforted by if I see it or if it's close. For a select few toys I'll even occasionally sleep with them in the bed with me or on the nightstand. Do you have similar experiences?
Do you feel attached to one or more of your toys?

I like my toys but I don't know that I really feel comforted if I see them or am close by to one. I just know certain ones can bring my partner and I a lot of joy and the bedroom and I keep those in the most accessible places.

Yes toys make me cum, but no they are not irreplaceable by any means. I'm not attached either, I don't have to have them.

I could see myself doing that with my Tantus O2 Mark, except he'd get covered with lint and hair. So he has to sleep in the box. And I have a leather cock ring of my bf's that I wear as a bracelet sometimes.

There are a few I am quite fond of, but not to the point of feeling comforted by them or wanted to sleep close to them.

Eventually, I think you will see Chobits within the next 20 years. At first, very high-end and rare. Then, as the technology for robots improves, you'll see robots more commonly in household and everyday situations that are responsive. Maybe not advanced enough to pass the Touring test, but good enough.

i love my toys, if i were to break one or somehow lose one i would be devastated until i could replace it.
go ahead, switch "toys" for "S.O" and it fits. so yes, i DO feel attatched.

I'm not that attached but I can see how some could be. They aren't cheap and they are amazing all around.

Yes I do to my hitachi and my Uma by je joue.

I think everyone has some level of attachment to their favorite toys. I'm not sure if there's anything comforting about their presence, but I do try to keep my pink rotator in my bag wherever I go and am sometimes disappointed to realize that I've left it behind when I'm away from home. Still, the only time I sleep with my toys is when I fall asleep after using them!

I enjoy my sex toys a lot, but don't see them as a comforting presence. My plushies, on the other hand... I don't care if I'm grown - sometimes I need something to hug, and if no one's around, those work.

There's a few I use more often, but I don't need them to be around me all the time, I prefer to have them tugged away in their nice clean storage.

There are some I'm attached to but I don't need to keep them near me. I prefer they stay in their storage until I'm ready to use them

I do love my Hitachi...

I like them, they help me cum....but, could probably do without them if I had too.....

I don't think I am attached as you are... but I am pretty fond of my first rabbit. It still holds a dear place in my heart.

Pretty fond... not like an obsession or anything, though. Steel is comforting no matter whether it's in dildo form or not, I have a bike cog and a thimble and some other random metal bits around my house that I wind up spinning/feeling as I'm reading. But yeah, my Eleven and my NobEssence toys bring me joy even when they're not inside me.

My wife keep her hitachi wand, mini fairy and lube next to her on the night stand ready for action always.
12/28/2011
Well, if you count my steel male chastity device, I am very attached to it... or I should say it is very attached to me.

Ella sleeps on my bedstand. She's my sweetie. Along with my TCB. Awesome combo!

No attachment here. I want to take care of them, but not to the point of sleeping next to them or anything like that.

Sleeping with a toy just seems silly to me. But hey, to each their own.

I understand how you could get attached. However, i don't
