They've had a few sets of larger ones at various times, all of which have since been discontinued. If you're looking for size, try a plug or a probe. There's always the Cowboy -- that can't possibly be too small for anyone.

Try this Vibro-Balls

Or this Power-Balls

I have the Power-Balls and like them. Neither product is battery powered. They have little beads or something inside them that bounce around when you move or walk around.

The Power-Balls are about the size of a golf ball.
