External hemorrhoids?

Contributor: MaouMew MaouMew
I know this is a subject that is a bit TMI, but how many here do anal play with them? I've had them for a few years, and they only "flare up" when using cheap TP, but I tend to do anal play anyways. Is this a bad idea? Can you have external hemorrhoids and still have safe anal play without risking a tear or anything like that?

I'm sorrry, I wish I could help but I never had hemorrhoids.

Not sure about the hemorrhoids, but Kytty, TP is toilet paper I'm sure.

I'd like to know, too, I have them as well, like little skin tabs kinda hanging out.... (Sorry if that was too gross, haha.)

I don't do anal because internal hemorrhoids make me too fragile there. But use wet wipes like Cottonelle instead of TP. It really helps. SO much gentler.

I would talk to your doctor, honestly, as long as you find him/her trustworthy and non-judgmental-- he/she will be best able to tell you if it's safe in your unique situation, and what precautions (if any) to take. My partner is very into anal play and wanted to try it with me, but I had some concerns, so I checked in with my ob/gyn first and she was very helpful.

I have them and I've been doing anal play fine with no tears. Just be careful and use lube. Obviously, if they're bad, I wouldn't recommend it. They're very common, often times people will have just the little extra skin of it around the outside rim of the anus, they have not flared for me or anyone I know when doing anal play with them in that condition. If you have serious bleeding, or bleed often just from going to the bathroom or other things, I wouldn't recommend it.

I have both internal and external hemorrhoids and I play anally but it's worht waiting untl you are not having a flare up. Use LOTS of thick water based lube and moist towelettes to clean up and you should be fine. The real trick is to go SLOW.
