I use a variety of "large" plugs on an almost daily basis for 5+ hours, some of them glass some silicone. All are on the heavy side and I've had no health issues. That's just been my experience and I'm not a qualified medical professional. Having said that, basically what we are doing is stretching muscles and as long as one doesn't go way overboard, I would assume that it's pretty safe to use a plug like yours. less

Does any think or know if using anal toys for many years can cause rectum damage ? My wife brought up the possibility of damage like loose anus or god forbid rectum prolapse. She concerned my 2.0 which not only is a good size but heavy (20 oz) can cause future problems. I'm doing a lot of kegels with the 2.0 while wearing it and hope that keeps me strong down there. It is definitely helping me last longer before ejaculating. A normal stint is 3 hrs of wearing it.

Any of you long term users of large or heavy plugs have any knowledge of this ? I'm not sure how long the N Joy 2.0 has been on the market and would like to hear from users of this fine plug. less
