The Rocks Off toys do come out if you don't hold them in.
To draw together your posts: The sensations are different. Vibrations have the advantage of not requiring any work on your part, but they aren't as strong of a sensation as some of the other toys. The Aneros-type toys are small, targeted movements, whereas the dildos and toys such as the Nexus Gyro are more of the sledgehammer approach - strong stimulation to almost everything down there.

Following up on the Rocks Off - I have the Bad Boy, and it provides very strong pressure on the prostate combined with noticeable vibrations. If you like more of the "pulsing" feel you're probably better off getting a probe, but if you like pressure + vibrations the Rocks Off toys aren't bad. If you have small buttcheeks you might have to do a little work to find a comfortable position to use them, since the base is big.

Further update: The Rocks Off Big Boy and Cheeky Boy seem to stay in the best of the "Boy" line.

I would suggest the cheeky boy by rocks off, which stays in pretty well and hits the prostate great.

The bad boy is reallly good but I also like the Max 5. Depends on your 'fit' really.

They don't vibrate, but you might want to look at some of the other Nexus toys. The Gyro link, and Silo link seem to stay in well and can be more or less stimulating depending on how you use them, but they always seem to hit the P-spot.
