I’m enjoying wearing my anal plugs but I am terrified of a trip to the ER if one were to migrate up into my tushy. I like the Rear Charmer, when the charge dies I use it as a simple butt plug. I just tried my big boy plug for a while and took it out because I felt it and it felt like it could disappear How safe are these flared bases really? What are the chances of it migrating north? What about comparing migration when just walking, sitting or having sex? Is there a bettah chance of migration during sex? (A trip to the er is terrifying lol. But I think they see this sort of thing way more often then people talk about. )

Dear Lisset - if you stay mindful about your choice of plugs and your actions while you're wearing one, there's nothing to worry about. However, to give you peace of mind - the safest plugs are with the narrowest necks and the T-shaped base - as far as my experience goes.
For example, this plug would be a classic example of super safe, with an elongated narrow neck and a steady base.
I believe you're talking this Big Boy? Although it is a gorgeous plug, if it makes you feel a bit worried, here is a fantastic alternative - this is Spade and it is just as fabulously huge as the Big Boy, but the neck and the base are ultra safe.
