Tantus's Tex and Mr. Universe plugs are the biggest ones I know of, both being 3" in diameter. Eden doesn't carry either one anymore, though - you'd have to get them from Tantus's main site, I believe.

For some reason there's kind of a "black hole" between the 2-1/4" plugs and the super biggies.

There are some sites that specialize in large toys, you might want to check those out.

The Super Big Man is almost 2-1/2".
