I am curious what is popular, why is it your favorite? Do you like the desensitizing kind?

I like something a little thicker and water based. I don't see why anyone would use the desensitizing kind. Kinda ruins the fun, don't you think?

We like Maximus for most of our anal fun. It is water based and thick, so it works well. For something a little more natural, we like Ride H2O which is also thick but doesn't have as many additives as Maximus. Desensitizing kind? No.

We use Astroglide. And, no, we do not use desensitizing, I want to feel if it hurts because it shouldn't hurt when done right.

Boy Butter - easy to handle, nice and smooth, never had problems with a desire to evacuate after shooting it in to place.

Have never used the desensitizing variety but everything I hear about it is to stay away.

Get a lube shooter.

Desensitizing lube isn't a good idea....if it hurts, that means there's something wrong

I like a water based lube. I have never used a desensitizing lube and would be afraid to because I don't want my guy hurting my bum to the point that I can't sit or walk or move the next day!

I don't find desensitizing a good idea because I think it is important to start slow and slow down if things start to hurt. Check out Pjur's Analyze Me.. they have a relaxing agent which is a better alternative.

Lube is a must for me. I don't like the desensitising stuff though as it can lease to damage of the rear area without you knowing. Besides, if you want to try it you may as well feel it.
