I think that it would be expensive to make a good inflatable plug. In order to be good the material would have to be durable, the wall thickness would have to be uniform, and the inflators would have to be nice medical-grade. I'd also prefer it in silicone, of course. My thinking is one like that would run you over $100, probably more in the range of $150.

The only pump toy that I know made of silicone and actually works pretty well is by Elypse Art, but they're inflatable dog phalli. They're also expensive, I own an Uni and I rather like it, it's different.
