Vibrating anal plugs during sex?

I am a fan of vibrating plugs, but have not been able to find one that works for using during sex. The one I have right now is The Licorice Twist by Naswalk. It slips out rather easily making it so that we have to actually hold it in. This really detracts from the enjoyment both of us receive.

Does anyone have any suggestions for what I can replace it with?

It may stay in place - but no PVC is going up may ass!

The licorice twist does not stay in place because it has almost no 'neck'. I would suggest looking at the silicone B-Bomb link. We don't have sex with it in, but we use it in other ways and it stays in well.

From the reviews that I have read, the B-Bomb is good but does not stay durring sex because it has a thicker neck to accommodate the bullet it uses.
