I use the Prisms Devi glass plug. It's 2.0 inches in diameter at the widest point; the shaft is about 3/4 inch in diameter, and the thing that allows for such long-term comfort is the base is a ring, I'd say the diameter of the ring is about 1.5 inches, while the ring itself is about 1/4 inch thick.
