Hubby and I have just moved into The Femdom arena. while we are new to the whole Kink scene we are taking on new things on a regular basis.
I have had him wear plugs to prepare and our most recent session was pretty intense,

I found your question (and then created an account here) today after searching for "wear a butt plug all day?" justly because I wondered if it were safe to do.

The reason I was looking it up is that I wanted to be ready for when my girlfriend would take me with our dildo. I assume that it would be an easier fit if I were "used" all day, before the time came.

I have been wearing a butt plug regularly since my wife’s birthday last November. She gets to make one request (demand, actually) of me each year on her day and this year she wanted to begin pegging me. The first time she tried to penetrate me it was uncomfortable to the point that she had to stop. This was mostly, I think, because I was nervous. And when a guy is nervous he is also tight!

After this frustrating - and painful - experience we did some research and decided that I needed anal training to prepare for the next time. We started with a very small butt plug that I initially wore for several hours. It came out before there was any significant discomfort and then went back in later in the day, again only for about three hours. We repeated the next day, with each period being plugged lasting a little longer. Sleeping plugged was actually very easy and comfortable after a few days. After several days I began wearing the plug continuously, only removing it to allow for normal bodily functions. After about six weeks we moved to a slightly larger plug. There was some initial discomfort but we used the gradual approach and removed it when things became uncomfortable. I'm a bit concerned by the fact that you tend to use coconut oil instead of a lubricant because coconut oil is way less thick I'd suggest the anal lube to be. It heavily depends on the type of butt plug you're using - namely its material. If it's silicone and you are sure you feel no discomfort, chafing or unwanted pressure - be my guest. If, on the other hand, you are now or plan on using a glass or metal plug, I would hope you'd reconsider and pick a specifically designed anal lubricant. With material so rigid and demanding as glass r metal can be, you'd want some sufficient coating.

I appreciate the tip on trying other lubes. However, we have had no trouble using coconut oil. Maybe it is because we took it slow in making the transition to pegging. And the fact that I wear a silicone plug daily makes anal sex comfortable.

One more point to keep in mind (for the guys anyway) is to relax and let your partner take you at her pace. Relaxing and allowing her in and then maintaining that state of relaxation while she works you is the easiest way to enjoy the experience and, for me, orgasm almost every time, stronger and more intensely than during any other type of sex.

We are still relatively new at pegging. But, based on the past few months I enjoy getting pegged more than traditional sex. I would have never thought this would be the case. Glad that I am married to an adventurous wife!
