Of those I'd go with the Janus. It's stiff enough to give the prostate a good time, made of silicone, has a spherical perineum stimulator, and won't rust.

The Aneros external stimulator can irritate.
The Metal Worx can corrode, and I've heard that some plating can come off
The Bob might not give a lot of stimulation
