The curve in the Sapphire Falls makes it a better prostate stimulator. It works well for my husband (though his all-time favorite for this was the Jollies Bubbles -- and, unfortunately, Jollies has gone out of business).

If you were to possibly have the Emerald Explorer 'get lost' somewhere and your fingers were slippery and lubed up, I'd assume it would be easier to remove due to the ring.

I guess that would depend on the degree of intermediate user. If it's someone who's just transitioned from beginner to intermediate I would say the glass probe. For a well transitioned intermediate user I think they all would work.

The curve of Sapphire makes it a more versatile toy. Versatility in my toys is something I aim for, especially when I was just starting out.
